Terms and Conditions / Customer information of Nanotechnology Solutions - Charlotte Buhrkall Jensen.
1) General:

14) Orders:
Orders are accepted by written confirmation or execution. The confirmed prices are binding. All others may be subject to fluctations. Product changes, especially when adapting to technical progress, remain expressly reserved.
15) Place of performance and jurisdiction:
Of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Flensburg.
